Tyler Kramer, LCMHC

Director of Clinical Operations

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Have you ever felt as though everything that you’ve planned for in your life is falling apart piece by piece? Sometimes when this is happening we feel as though we are alone. What if the answer is right in front of us and we just can’t find it? Sometimes it helps to have a second person, someone to walk the journey alongside you, someone who won’t judge you but will walk with you side by side to help guide you to find that missing piece. I want to work with you where you are at and help you achieve the goals you want to achieve. Together as a team we will work step by step to achieve a happier and healthier life. My aim is to target your strengths and teach you new coping strategies to help manage stress, anxiety, and other life impacting symptoms.

I work with individuals and couples holistically to treat the mind, body, and spirit. I use an integrative approach and multi-pathway system based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), REBT, motivational interviewing, and systems theory. Using these models of therapy, I view the human person as a whole and seek to help heal where there is discord. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all walks of life who are dealing with things such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, as well as marital issues. I’ve also helped with career counseling and psychological testing to help individuals reach their full potential and help guide them to where they would like to go. I also have experience with immigrants seeking legal status and asylum cases and am proficient in Spanish, offering bilingual therapy. I’ve worked with various cultures and am able to help a wide range of diverse clientele who seek healing with their respective cultural backgrounds.

I am available Monday-Friday from eleven am to seven pm. Please call to schedule an appointment. Good luck on your journey.
